Making a referral
If you are a health professional and would like to refer a patient to a psychologist or psychiatrist at Melbourne Psycho-oncology Service or obtain more information about the services offered, please contact our friendly reception team who will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can use our online referral form, and one of our reception team will contact the patient directly to make an appointment.
Communication
Our therapists may contact you to discuss your referral and they will communicate with you on a regular basis in relation to your patient’s progress. If you have any questions or wish to discuss your patient’s progress or care, please do not hesitate to contact us on 03 9458 4845.
After Hours Contact
If you need to contact one of the therapists after hours, please text your contact details and message to 0413 560 719 and a member of the team will return your call.
